NEW NATIONAL LOCAL CALL DIALUP NUMBER

CyberOne is proud to announce introduction of our new premium dialup
access network. This network features 68 dial collection areas all over 
Australia covering most of country's population with local call dialup
access. With newest Cisco AS5400 access servers, this network will provide
exceptional quality, fast 56kbps internet access to our clients.
The existing dialup numbers will be progressively phased out during
the next few weeks.

We have now concluded final network testing and are ready to offer this
new improved service as of today.

If you are unable for some reason to access this number from your
telephone exchange, please check our web site for a complete list of local 
dialup numbers in all areas of Australia.



HELP ON SWITCHING TO THE NEW NUMBER

It's easy !  All you need to do is to update the phone
number the next time you dial in to CyberOne. 

For most of our clients - this is all that needs to be done.

If you have problems in using this new service, please call our
office during business hours and our staff will assist you in
the change over.

Below is a quick list of basic checks:

1. Turn off your proxy settings in your web browser.  Web proxy should
   not be used with this new service.
2. Make sure Domain Name server names are NOT entered.
3. Use smtp.cyberone.com.au as your outgoing (smtp) mail server.
4. Use pop3.cyberone.com.au as your incoming (pop3) mail server.
5. Use news.cyberone.com.au as your news (nntp) server.

NEW EXCITING PRICING OPTIONS PREVIEW
CyberOne is proud to announce a new range of 'No Limits' access plans for both dialup and broadband clients. We are now offering very competitive deals for clients wishing to sign-up on these new plans before 31 December 2002.

Our new 'No Limits' modem dialup plans are offered at as low as $17.95 per month, while 'No Limits' TransACT broadband access plans are starting from $99.00/month.
In addition we have also introduced a new broadband DSL 'No Limits' offer, targeting corporate and small business.

In the coming months we will be progressively releasing a new range of broadband DSL access plans, designed for both home users and SOHO clients.
Budget conscious TransACT clients will also be offered a new Capped - pay no more then $49.95' access plan allowing them to take full advantage of broadband access without a worry about increasing data usage bills.

INCREASED BANDWIDTH
Our new 100mbps link at the TransACT exchange will be turned on today!
This will significantly improve the bandwidth available to our TransACT clients and will also relieve the temporary decrease in transfer speeds that our dialup clients may have experienced due to our recent dramatic growth.

MAJOR ENHANCEMENTS TO CYBERONE SERVICES

CyberOne is delighted to announce a range of dramatic improvements in our service offering.

NATIONAL COVERAGE!
We are excited to announce that from late November, CyberOne wiil provide full National coverage. With a total of 66 Metropolitan and Regional Points Of Presence (POPs), we will be able to provide local call dial-up internet access coverage for 98% of Australia's population. We will provide a full list of new dialup numbers within the week. The existing dialup numbers will be progressively phased out.

INCREASED BANDWIDTH
CyberOne has just commissioned a new 100MB link to Comindico at the TransACT exchange to significantly improve the Bandwidth available to our TransACT clients. This new link, which comes on line within the week, will also relieve the temporary decrease in transfer speeds that our dialup clients may have experienced due to our recent dramatic growth.

NEW EXCITING PRICING OPTIONS
In conjunction with our expansion, CyberOne will be offering some new, VERY competitive deals for our Unlimited access and Broadband plans.

FLAT RATE BROADBAND ADSL
Coming Soon! We are currently finalising arrangements for CyberOne to offer a high speed, flat rate Broadband ADSL service at excellent prices.

TRANSACT BROADBAND SERVICES

TransACT LogoCyberOne is pleased to announce that as of Friday, 02 August 2002, it has signed an agreement to become an official ISP on the TransACT cable network.

CyberOne and TransACT are now conducting final network testing and quality assurance and we expect to be connecting CyberOne clients within a timeframe of one week.

CyberOne TransACT application forms will be available from the CyberOne web site by Close of Business today (Tuesday, 06 August 2002).

Clients who have previously registered an expression of interest will need to complete our updated TransACT application forms.

Clients who have already signed an interim application form must also sign updated Conditions of Use available from our web site.

We are excited to be offering this service to our clients. We will be keeping you up to date over the coming week as we complete the final stages of network integration.

CLIENT REFERRAL REWARD PROGRAM 

CyberOne offers an 'incentive scheme' for our account holders who refer new clients to our service. 

If you introduce a new member to sign up with CyberOne Internet and they stay with us for a minimum of three months, we will credit you with the equivalent of one month of their subscription excluding GST. 

For example, if a new member introduced by you signs up on a $33/month plan and stays with us for the minimum period of three months, then you will be able to claim a credit of $30 to your account 

For you to be able to claim the credit: 

  • The new client must indicate your email address at time of application / signing up. 
  • The new client must stay with us for the period of 3 months 
  • Client's account must be fully paid and not in arrears 

Please note that the account credit cannot be redeemed as cash.
